Adedayo Adesugba
ADEDAYO ADESUGBA FIH, FNHCI, FITPN, FTHC.
Adedayo is a seasoned hotelier and restaurateur with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He earned an HND in Catering and Hotel Management from Kwara State College of Technology in 1982 and began his career lecturing at Lagos State Polytechnic. In 1985, he joined the Sheraton Hotel Lagos as a pioneer staff member and later trained in the United States, obtaining qualifications in restaurant and business management, along with MBAs in 2009 and 2024.
He has worked globally as a hotel inspector, trainer, and consultant, supporting major hospitality establishments and pre-opening projects across Nigeria and abroad. A fellow of several professional bodies, he has held leadership roles and contributed to industry development, including co-founding a national consultants’ association. He was recently nominated by Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) to work on harmonising and standardising African dishes at the African Standards Organisation (ARSO).
Currently, he is the CEO of Nexus318 Hospitality Management and serves in academic and advisory capacities, while also advancing innovative hospitality technology solutions. He sits on the board of the Africa Business Events Development Council.
Chibuikem Diala
Engr. Chibuikem Diala, FITPN, MHTC
Engr. Chibuikem Diala, FITPN, MHTC is a hospitality strategist, leadership facilitator, and sustainability advocate with over 20 years of experience spanning hotel operations, human capital development, leadership, and tourism. He began his hospitality career across Engineering, Safety, Housekeeping, Customer Care and Public Relations/Sales & Marketing, giving him a practical, cross-functional understanding of hotel operations and the interconnectedness of people, systems, and service delivery.
He is the Founder and Executive Director of IHTEF Africa (International Hospitality, Tourism & Eco-Sustainability Forum) and Managing Partner of Hotel Human Capital Strategy Ltd, where he provides leadership development, pre-opening consultancy, operational excellence, and workforce transformation services to hospitality businesses.
Engr. Diala is also the founder of the Middle-Level Managers Workshop, an initiative dedicated to mentoring, training, and developing supervisors into the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Bolanle Adesugba
Bolanle is a Business Administration graduate of the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She
started her professional career in advertising at Insight Communications back in 1991.
She left Insight Communications to work with Multi-Media Limited, another advertising
agency, from 1993 to 1997.
On leaving Multi-Media Limited, she changed her career to banking when she moved to
Omega Bank PLC, Nigeria. She continued in the banking industry and resigned in 2009
after 12 years of gathering invaluable experience in the world of finance.
She joined Nexus318 right from inception, bringing her extensive administrative skills
in human resources management, Information Technology, and finance. She also
offers administrative support to the management, while facilitating and establishing
management policies for the clients of Nexus318.
Oluwakemi Ayodele-Baba
Oluwakemi Ayodele-Baba is a versatile professional with a diverse career journey spanning banking, insurance, and hospitality. She began her career in the banking sector, where she developed strong competencies in customer service, operations, and client relationship management. She later transitioned into insurance, gaining valuable experience in risk management, policy administration, and business processes.
Her most recent experience in the hospitality industry as an Administrative Executive enabled her to combine her passion for service excellence with strong organizational, administrative, and people-management skills. Her cross-industry experience has equipped her with a broad understanding of business operations, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Oluwakemi holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and currently serves as an Associate Consultant in Hospitality Management, where she contributes her experience and expertise to hospitality operations, management, business development, and organizational improvement. She is passionate about strengthening hospitality businesses through effective people management, operational excellence, and service delivery.
Ifeoma Sandra Ofuokwu

Ifeoma Sandra Ofuokwu is a dynamic hospitality professional with over 9 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a strong career background spanning Front Office Operations, Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Guest Relations.
Through her career, Sandra has gained extensive experience working with established hospitality brands, including BON Hotels and Protea Hotels by Marriott, where she developed a strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue generation, customer experience, corporate sales, reservations management, and relationship building.
Her professional journey across Front Office, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing has given a unique 360-degree understanding of hotel business operations. This cross-functional experience have built her understanding with guest experience, operational efficiency, room occupancy, revenue performance, and commercial growth.
Samuel Olamilekan Abiola
Samuel Olamilekan Abiola is a passionate Hospitality Professional and Consultant with experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, customer service, and business development. His passion for the industry began early through his experience assisting at his mother’s canteen, which sparked his interest in service and guest experiences.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management from Kwara State Polytechnic and furthered his education at the University of Ilorin. He has gained practical industry experience with organisations including KFC, Kwara Hotel, and Lagos Airport Hotel, building expertise in operations, guest relations, and service delivery. He also studied Hotel Consultancy at Hospitality Business School, Olowora, Lagos, graduating in 2024.
Today, Samuel works as a Hospitality Consultant, supporting businesses in improving operations, developing teams, enhancing guest experiences, and achieving sustainable growth. He is also pursuing ICAN certification to strengthen his financial and business management expertise, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and the growth of Nigeria’s hospitality industry.
